Project Overview: We are proud to feature a landmark achievement in China's domestic infrastructure: the 195-meter Sangyuanzi modular steel bridge. This significant undertaking provided a vital, multi-span crossing over the iconic Yellow River in Lanzhou, Gansu Province.
Engineering Highlights & Our Adaptive Solution: Tackling the challenge of a wide, complex river crossing, our team delivered a customized solution that prioritized speed, strength, and structural integrity.
Hybrid Structural Approach: This project perfectly showcases our engineering versatility. We merged our rapid-deployment 321-type prefabricated steel superstructure with a robust, permanent substructure of custom-fabricated 630mm diameter spiral steel pipe piers.
High-Capacity, Deck-Type Design: The bridge features a heavy-duty, multi-row reinforced truss configuration, engineered as a deck-type (top-running) structure. This provides a clear 6-meter-wide dual-lane roadway, designed to reliably handle demanding load capacities of up to 60 tons.
Final As-Built Decking System: Based on definitive "as-built" information, the final construction utilized a high-strength steel decking system. This choice diverges from initial design considerations, underscoring our ability to adapt plans to meet real-world site conditions and project timelines.
