A specially fabricated Bailey Bridge pier for the Malaysian federation

The item being test-erected at our company's factory is a specially fabricated Bailey Bridge pier for the Malaysian federation, to inspect the overall stability and load-bearing capacity of this pier. The physical object will be presented to officials from the Malaysian Emergency Disaster Relief Department for inspection and acceptance. The prefabricated pier has a total height of 10m, with adjustable heights of 4m, 7m, and 10m. The width is 8m, and it can satisfy the mid-pier load-bearing use for a single-lane Bailey steel bridge. This structure is fabricated using the same Type 200 Panel as the Bailey Bridge, featuring simple structure, interchangeability with Bailey Bridge materials, and high load capacity (single column 100 tons). It will be promoted in the country of Malaysia.
